Filming Tutorials with Paul Bradford

I was excited to be asked to film some tutorials with the Paul Bradford Sugarcraft School! I've really enjoyed the teaching I've done so far, and this seemed like a fantastic opportunity to further explore this side of making cakes.

I spent three days in Linlithgow filming two tutorials, and had so much fun! Such a relaxed atmosphere and a helpful (not to mention patient!) team. The first of my tutorials is the Masquerade Ball cake, click here to view the tutorial on the PBSS website. I hope you enjoy it!
